They cut J-Load because of something with his work ethic, I think. Because I do agree, I think he is as good as Carr in a backup situation. I think the coaching staff became unhappy with him and wanted someone hungrier (no pund intended!)

Carr should look better, even with the second string. He's been in the league like 6 years....I am not impressed with his field presence at all.
